Lancing, West Sussex - Why?
I have to say I was very surprised when my cousin said she wanted to move down to the South Coast of England.
Although I have fond memories of booze fuelled trips to Brighton, I cannot say I would want to live in this over-populated area of the UK, thanks, but no-thanks.
It surprised me even more when my cousin said she was looking for property in a place called Lancing, I had never heard of it. So I had a look at the Wiki for what was said, and to be fair there was not a great amount!
We had a look at what property was available in Lancing, it is fair to say it is not the cheapest in the world with a 3 Bed Terrace House costing from £195,000 - wow! Mind you after viewing just one estate agent in Lancing I could handle no more.
The most striking aspect I could find about Lancing was Lancing College which is a grand Harry Potter looking school based on the outskirts of Lancing.
Other than that I really could not see why anyone would want to live here, if anyone from Lancing can tell me otherwise then please feel free to do so.
