Silver Jewellery - Why?
I cannot say that I am a great one for jewellery. The thought of going out and having to choose an item of jewellery for anyone is simply repulsive. Yet there are those of us who spend small fortunes on Jewellery and love wearing the stuff.
If truth be told if I had a choice of jewellery I would favour the gold variety, but everywhere I look, the world of jewellery seems to be dominated by silver jewellery.
Silver as a colour is ok, I used to have a silver car, but if I do have to stare at jewellery I do prefer gold. One of my girlfriends is nuts about silver jewellery, so much so that she spent an evening showing me her favourite online stores, oh the joy! The strange thing is/was one of the online stores that she showed me was literally five minutes walk away from her flat!
If anyone can explain to me the virtues of silver jewellery then please feel free to enlighten me. Until then, if I do have to look at jewellery it’s gold for me.
